The sole is the standard for measuring the feel of a pair of shoes
Whether it's NB, NIKE, Anta, Li Ning and other top tier brands are still niche brands
This measurement standard is the same!
Shoe sole materials are usually divided into six categories
PU、EVA、MD、TPR、RB、PVC
PU: Inside, there are CPUs, TPUs, MPUs, etc
PU is wear-resistant, flexural resistant, oil resistant, acid alkali resistant, and low temperature resistant
Waste PU can self degrade and is suitable for impact resistant and durable thick soled shoes
There are also issues such as easy yellowing, easy glue cracking, easy cracking, low cost, and high plasticity
EVA: Mainly depends on the content of vinyl acetate
The higher the content of vinyl acetate, the better the elasticity of the shoe sole
High plasticity of shape
MD: The general term for Model and Phylon, EVA secondary high-pressure molded products
Good softness, high elasticity, and good warmth retention
Poor wear resistance, generally used for high top shoes
TPR: Has rubber properties
Wear resistant, low cost
But it is easy to slip when in contact with engine oil solvents, and its resistance to yellowing is average
Rubber RB: There are two types: natural and synthetic
Wear resistant, good elasticity, heavy weight, high cost
Suitable for high friction shoes such as basketball shoes
PVC: synthetic resin
Belonging to a low-end sole, it is rarely used due to environmental protection
It is also a common material for air cushion shoes and football shoes
