How many of these shoe wearing habits that hurt your feet do you have?

Take off your shoes and don't understand the shoelaces
Many people, for the sake of convenience, do not want to tie their shoelaces every time they put on their shoes, so they simply do not understand the shoelaces when taking off their shoes.
This practice makes it easier to wear shoes every day, but over time, it can put a burden on one's shoes and body.
Long term non loosening of shoelaces can lead to the collapse of the shoe upper texture, especially the leather shoe upper will deform even more severely.
Moreover, not unfastening the shoelaces after wearing the shoes can be detrimental to the ventilation and breathability inside the shoes, which may breed bacteria and produce odors.
If you want to take off your shoes without understanding the shoelaces, the shoelaces will become loose, which can lead to instability in the back foot and excessive movement in the front foot, resulting in chronic ligament strains.

2. The sole is too soft and too thin
Some people love soft soled shoes and think that these shoes are comfortable.
But soft soled shoes are not necessarily good shoes:
① Lack of support
If the sole is too soft, the support will decrease. When encountering uneven road surfaces, the sole of the shoe is too soft to support the wearer's ankle.
② Insufficient cushioning
Shoes that are too soft may lack cushioning. This will increase the burden on the knees, and wearing it for a long time can lead to fatigue.
③ Decreased shoe sole lifespan
The softer the shoes, the lower the rubber hardness of the midsole, which can cause wrinkles and cracks in the midsole.
If the sole of the shoe is too thin, 60% of the weight-bearing capacity at the moment of foot landing will be on the heel. Long term walking can cause pain in the ankle, knee, hip joint, and waist, accelerating the degradation of plantar ligaments and bone tissue.
Therefore, friends who usually like to wear flat shoes should have a sole thickness of about 2CM, with a slightly sloping heel and a soft sole that can be bent moderately.

Wearing the same pair of shoes for a long time
Once a pair of shoes feels comfortable to wear, some people will only wear this pair of shoes.
In fact, shoes also need to rest, wearing the same pair of shoes all the time is the most harmful to the feet.
For people who love to sweat their feet, wearing shoes for a longer period of time during the day, taking off shoes at night before they dry, and putting them on their feet the next day, over time, fungi will grow naturally.
Shoes deform due to long-term compression and friction on the ground, causing thick calluses to grow on the feet.
If combined with other external injuries, areas such as the sole of the foot, between the toes, back of the toes, and outer side of the little toe that have been subjected to friction and compression for a long time can cause local skin stratum corneum hyperplasia, making it easy to develop corns.
Therefore, when wearing shoes, at least three pairs of shoes should be changed, and one pair of shoes should not be worn for more than three days. Different shoes should be worn in different occasions to ensure that the feet are always stimulated by the shoes.

Only wear slippers at home
Many people will change into comfortable slippers at home.
However, slippers do not provide significant support for the heel and cannot provide functional compensation for the heel.
Wearing slippers can easily cause foot fatigue when walking or doing household chores at home.
Moreover, many slippers have poor slip resistance, do not follow the feet, and are prone to falling.

Wear shoes with support and uppers when doing household chores and activities at home; Wear slippers when resting or standing for short periods of time.
