Analysis of the Production Process of Sports Shoes

The production process of shoes has now developed to a relatively high level, and the internal division of labor within the enterprise is fine. A pair of exquisite and practical shoes goes through many major stages from placing an order to shipping the finished product, and each stage also requires division of labor, with a maximum of 180 processes. This article mainly introduces the production process of sports shoes.
The three part process of production process:
Forming front stage: divided into the processing of upper, insole, and sole
The shoe upper is made from raw materials such as fabric and leather, and is processed through processes such as cutting, printing, and sewing;
Insoles are made of fabric, EVA, and other shoe materials that are bonded, cut, and polished;
The sole is made of rubber and chemical materials to create a sole, outsole, etc.
Forming middle section: It is the process of bonding and drying the upper and sole of the shoe.
Post forming stage: It is the process of forming finished shoes through cold bonding or vulcanization, which are packaged and stored after passing quality inspection.
Here are two commonly used processes:
The vulcanization process connects the sole and upper of the shoe by adding sulfur, also known as vulcanized shoes. It has small material limitations, is resistant to high temperatures and temperature differences, and enters the vulcanization tank for molding. The characteristic is that the sole is all rubber, anti slip, and wear-resistant.
The cold adhesive process connects the sole and upper of the shoe with adhesive, puts the material into the mold and presses it out, and forms a cold adhesive shoe by bonding it with rubber in one go. It is characterized by being light, soft, non slip, cheap in material, and low in process cost.
