Bottom structure:
Mainly composed of outsole rubber material and woven carbon plate, to make it sensitive and accurate during climbing, while ensuring the hardness of the sole.
The outsole, also known as the lower sole, is the area directly in contact with the ground, which is the bottom of the shoe. Therefore, anti slip and wear resistance are the main choices.
Currently, the most popular option in China is the use of gold soles (Vibram). The reason why this type of sole is called a gold sole is not because gold is used as the sole, but because Vibram soles from Italy are known for their wear resistance, and because Vibram's logo is shaped like a yellow hexagon, Chinese people call it a gold sole. This type of sole is made of special synthetic rubber and is currently the mainstream in the market.
Midsole structure:
Composed of interconnected support or integral nylon preformed inner support pad with microporous shock-absorbing cushioning material, it further enhances the hardness and stability of the shoes, ensuring the hardness of torque.
It is the so-called insole that determines the comfort and durability of the entire shoe. Insole structure:
It is a soft and comfortable last layer midsole structure that provides extra protection for the arch and heel of the foot.
Ankle structure:
This is a design that provides support and protection for the ankle. In the design of ankle protection structures, different rules are often used for the shape of the ankle to design the protection structure. So the appearance structure of professional mountaineering shoes is mostly high waisted, with a typical waist height of 5-7.5 inches.
Tongue structure:
